Responsible for Buying, Replenishment and Inventory Management of FMCG category.
Major Focusing on Out-of-Stock articles on daily Basis and ensure 100% availability.
Responsible for Enlisting of new Vendor and Vendor relationship management.
Handling replenishment segment for overall FMCG category.
Responsible for liquidation plans for Ageing Inventory and internal stock movements.

Ensure 100% stock availability on sites.
Attend Operations meetings, Site visits and close ongoing issues related to Supply and quality
Responsible for Buying, Merchandising, Replenishment and Inventory Management of FMCG (Food) category for Kirana & FMCG business.
Handling replenishment segment for overall FMCG category for B2B business.
Responsible for maintaining SOH days, MBQ days and inventory on hand.
Responsible to control the OOS and develop vendor fill rate by follow up with vendors continuously.
Reviewing the market operating prices with the help of benchmark reports and offering the competitive rates in channels likes B2B ( Kirana and HORECA).
Responsible for HORECA, Kirana & Bulk Business.
As Associate Senior Executive(Merchandising and SCM) with experienced in SAP MM Module.
Create PO’S on daily basis and also the STO.
Raising & releasing of Purchase orders for all store with correct amount & specific quantity as per demand.
Follow up with Vendors for timely delivery of material at site.
Maintaining daily tracking of open PO’s and POs in process.
Forecasting of articles and providing the same to vendors.
Working on MBQ (Minimum Business quantity)/Case lot/Lead time/MRP and block review.
Coordination with dc’s for stock movement of private label in PAN India.
Create all MIS reports on daily basis as per management demand.
Preparation of Purchase order in SAP & sourcing of New Vendor.
Sanofi Aventis India Pvt. Ltd. as Sales coordinator.
Working as a coordinator & work in field work, managing documents.
Managing all sales activities related sales admin.
Handling purchase orders and timely dispatch schedule.
Supporting field sales team.
Resolving any sales, dispatch, documents related issues with customer.
Daily visits to distributors and medical practioner.
