New Port Project (NPP) is Under Ministry of Transport, Strategically located south of Doha, the QAR 27 Billion (USD 7.4 Billion) megaproject, which includes a new port, a new base for the Qatar Emiri Naval Forces and the Qatar Economic Zone 3, will span a 26.5 square kilometer area and Salam Technology as IT partner is responsible for the deployment Data Centre, VLAN/WLAN in Hamad Port.
•My primary responsibilities were designing and Deployment for WLAN in Hamad port.
•Configuring of various networking devices such as Indoor-outdoor Access Points, Switches, WLC & MSE.
•Performing site surveys creating heat maps using Ekahau Site survey and making typical installation with draftsmen.
•Inspecting installation of WLAN and other networking devices in areas such as IT racks, data centers, Building Indoor/Outdoor, High mast poles and street light poles.
•Experienced with documentation, Requirement Gathering, Maintain inventory and asset configuration documentation
•Engage in regular network troubleshooting activities and resolve network connectivity issues
•Managing multiple teams of Technicians and supervisors.

•Recruiting (US TO US) for onsite consulting assignments for US candidates like W2, Corp-to-Corp and H1B transfers (Fulltime and contract Projects)
•Co-ordinate and fulfill requirements for US office and also onsite clients.
•Sourcing of relevant candidates through talent search, networking and references & providing the company with relevant and quality candidates within stipulated time frame.
•Responsible for interviewing, screening and placing all level IT professionals contract and direct hire positions.
•Responsibility included Resume Preparation, Salary negotiations, submitting the candidate to client’s portal using Fieldglass etc. preparing candidate for Interview and offer letters signing of contracts and ensures delivery of consultants confirmed on project.
•To recruit consultants on the company’s payroll.
•To assure best possible consultant search with the minimum turnaround time.
