Authorized distributors for automobile spare parts of India’s largest commercial vehicles manufacturing company like Tata Engineering and Locomotive Company (TELCO) and authorized distributors for motor parts of India’s largest passenger car manufacturing company, Maruti Udyog Limited, JCB India, Castrol India Ltd., TVS Lucas, Amaron Batteries, JK Tyre
Key Result Areas:
•Driving development & cultivation of positive business relationships with the company’s customers & vendors; directing pricing & performance reviews to identify service & revenue improvement opportunities and manage costs within budget
•Formulating & implementing strategic business plans to ensure proper execution of procurement, sales, planning, warehousing and distribution operations
•Administering the supply chain function entailing supply planning, logistics operations (inbound, warehousing, outbound) and customer service (order-to-invoice, customer relationship, service strategy)

•Supporting Business Department in parts dealer prospect identification, location identification, terms & conditions of new dealer set up
•Devising marketing plan with Marketing Team in external affairs for dealership aftersales
•Defining pricing strategy of spare parts at the national level while ensuring alignment with the market positioning of each of the car brands
•Ensuring usage of DFS for generation of Sock Orders & VOR; reviewing Stock Order vs. VOR ratio and discussing action plan with dealers and service teams
•Developing promotional / in-house campaign materials, providing marketing materials to sales staff & dealers and conducting special marketing events within the company and for dealers
•Steering the development of Spare Parts KPIs to get continual improvement and monitoring the performance level against set operating plans and standards
•Monitoring timely inland distribution of Spare parts to all concerned locations in the kingdom in order to ensure continuous availability of spare parts and minimize operational disruption

•Augmented local dealers network by 8 times which led to increase in sales & facilitated local market penetration which increase the market share
•Increased sale by 5 time from 2011 with increased number of dealers, improved marketing strategies, and having optimum inventory levels with same number of staff
