• Responsible for handling recruitments for diverse disciplines within the Oil & Gas industry for various locations mostly in Middle East, Iraq, Africa, Far East etc.
• Handled requirements from exploration, production, field development, EPC, storage terminals, manufacturing etc.
• Coordinating with Recruiters from all offices on regular basis on requirements and allocation of work.
• Handling Manpower Recruitment services for major Oil & Gas operating companies
• Responsible for complete recruitment cycle which includes coordinating job specifications from clients, preparing strategy for finding candidates, Head Hunting, sourcing profiles, interviewing, reference checks, coordinating interviews with clients and assisting candidates during mobilization process, and maintain close contact throughout his contract.
• Sourcing the right candidate through various tools like personal network, Job Boards, social networking Portals and advertising.
• Maintained systematic procedure for reference checks and taking commitments from the candidates on the terms & Conditions before submitting them to the client.
• Updating the details on internal recruitment application system (Target Recruit) on all activities of recruitments.
• Maintaining regular contact with consultants and keeping track of database of top quality candidates
• Has successful experience working on Recruitment campaigns with deadlines.
• Worked on requirements for major operating companies and leading contracting companies for various regions like Middle East, Africa, East Asia etc
