in India - this includes capability building, identification of improvement opportunities, &
lean deployment to bring about transformation in processes & culture.

excellence in operations and service delivery for IBM Global Account, Communication,
Industrial, & Public Sectors.

1. Lead Process Excellence (Lean Six Sigma) function in the region, responsible for Lean
and Six Sigma function across 7 manufacturing plants in India.
