• Assess Project Plans and Charter for completeness and quality by ensuring that objectives are SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Time Bound)
• Work with the Stakeholders and Business Analysts to create the Project Charter, defining the objective and benefits of the project
• Work with Project Managers and Business Analysts to develop project management plan determining the success criteria and come up with a right estimation model to do the estimates at the initiation stage
• Managed and ran multiple delivery teams ensuring governance at top management level, conducting project meetings and identifying successful and unsuccessful project factors and gaps
• Create and monitor Project Risks, Issues and Concerns tracker regularly and apply mitigation techniques whenever necessary
• Monitor Budget vs Actual on the projects and ensure that it meets the objective of the program
• Conduct periodic meetings with the Project teams and provide status reports and metrics to the Business and Project Stakeholders
• Participate and contribute for new business growth in the region like RFPs, Client meetings
• Worked closely with multi-disciplined teams to drive estimates, delivery plans and retrospectives, identified and managed engagement risks and issues
• Coordinate Project Management activities at Onsite and Offshore
• Responsible for coordinating activities with Third Party vendors for smooth execution of various projects
• Conducts Change Management Service Reviews forum to review overall Change Management performance with both Change Management system customers and actors
• Participate in CAB meetings (Change Control) to discuss release scope and/or roadblocks
Master of Business Administration in Information Technology
