o Key partner in Project Dragon which was Janssen R&D reorganisation, that led to successful redeployment of 14/25 employees that were impacted after closure of Pilot plant. Got the Global Leadership Award which is the highest level of Award Globally for J&J.
o Conceptualised and led the First Ever Management Trainee Program for Consumer R&D as Asia-Pacific Level for 3 countries India, Singapore and China.
o Delivered Cultural Integration Module for Global staff based in Belgium in line with the Centre of Excellence Model.
o Key role in the PDMS Global Onboarding Project that created a standard 90 day module for all global 21 sites.
O Creation of the First ever India Enterprise R&D Council with participation of Consumer and Janssen
o Designed and implemented the Global Standardisation process for Job titles/Pay Grades for Janssen R&D, India staff. Led the entire Change Management Plan leading to Cost Savings of USD 11000.
o Currently the India HR Lead for D&I
