 Responsible for the preparation and getting client approval of Project Quality Assurance Plan (PQAP), Inspection Test Plan (ITP), Method Statement (MS), Risk Assessment (RA), Inspection Report (IR) and Check List (CL) in accordance with contract specification and project quality management control system requirements.
 ASNT Level II in Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT).
 Certified Internal Quality Auditor of ISO 9001:2015.
 Gauges & instruments calibration planning and maintaining records.
 Experience in leading a Customer Technical Support & complete Erection & Commissioning.
 Knowledge about the Drawing, GD&T, MSA and Part measurement.
 Maintain the quality documents as per QMS requirements.
 Conduct Root Cause Analysis for the critical NCR and CAR and make concise reports based on factual evidence.
 Analyze, promote and implement corrective and preventive action necessary to customer complaints and coordinate technical changes implemented.
 Thorough knowledge of Structural Material and Heavy Fabrication process.
 Preparation of Welding Procedure Specification (WPS), Procedure Qualification Record (PQR), Welder Performance Qualification (WPQ) and Welding Manual.
 Checking weld joint preparation, fit up, alignment & dimensional inspection as per drawings.
 Monitoring Welding activities as per WPS and Review of approved WPS and PQR.
 Interpretation of Radiographic films and NDT reports.
 Familiar with Welding processes as SMAW, GTAW, MIG, FCAW and TIG.
 Awareness of ASME codes & Materials and AWS D 1.1 Structural Welding Code.
 Awareness of 8-D Problem solving Technique, Project Management.
 Contributing to 5S, QC Tools, SPC, TQM, Six Sigma, PPAP, APQP, KAIZEN, POKA-YOKE etc.
 Basic knowledge of ISO 9001-2015, ISO 14001-2015 and OHSAS 18001-2007.
 Process & Product Audit at suppliers premises. (As per audit plan)
