YIFICO, is one of the leading food manufacturing companies in Yemen. The facilities mainly include a flour mill with a capacity of 600 metric tons per day and grain silos with a capacity of 150, 000 tons.

•Quality and safety monitoring of incoming shipments such as wheat, corn, soya etc

•Quality and safety monitoring of grains in silos and co-ordination of activities related with its quality maintenance such as fumigation, recycling etc.

•Laboratory analysis of various quality parameters of wheat such as moisture, gluten, test weight, falling number, ash, protein etc

•Routine laboratory analysis of various quality parameters of flour such as moisture, gluten, colour grade, ash etc

•Quality and safety monitoring related with packing of grains / flour, maintenance of hygienic environment in grain silos etc

FQML (CFRD), a Kerala Govt. undertaken organization is a NABL accredited fully automated microbiology laboratory in Konni, Kerala, one of its kind in Asia Pacific.

•Microbiological analysis of various food matrices in conventional as well as fully automated environment.

•Well Versed in Automated Techniques (Tempo, VIDAS, Vitek 2 Compact, BacT/Alert and Diversilab of Biomerieux, France) applicable in Food Microbiology Analysis
