•Quality and safety monitoring of incoming shipments such as wheat, corn, soya etc
•Quality and safety monitoring of grains in silos and co-ordination of activities related with its quality maintenance such as fumigation, recycling etc.
•Laboratory analysis of various quality parameters of wheat such as moisture, gluten, test weight, falling number, ash, protein etc
