• Answer and process the telephone requests in accordance with the Help Desk Procedures.
• Plan, organize and schedule all tasks liaising with the specific Facilities Managers, supervisors, sub-contractors and technicians and also provide support services to the above.
• Ensure the Concept Evolution CAFM System is utilized to its maximum capacity to assist with the company’s operations
• Ensure seamless & coordinated process between the help desk system and the operations on individual project sites
• Proactively monitor & take corrective action on outstanding PPM & reactive maintenance calls
• Effectively coordinate job responsibilities with Help Desk Coordinator.
• Continuously update and maintain the Concept Evolution data and Maintain good filing system
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate response
• Research required information using available resource
• Provide customers with product and service information
• Classify and priorities the work requests (as emergency, urgent and routine) for various end user services received from the EAM administrator to activate the Operations team viz. MEP, Soft Services etc. into taking prompt action
• Dispatch all scheduled and emergency Work requests to the Operations team for action
• Monitor customer care e-mail to identify escalated requests. Respond to customer e-mails for update and clarification of action taken on escalated issues
• Handle and resolve customer complaints on calls
• Calls customer to gather feedback on closed WR’s.
• Update the system with the accurate information -customer appointment date and time to create visibility for the client. (EAM & CAFM)
• Ensure that appointments schedule is properly updated in both EAM & CAFM
• Listen and respond to customers’ needs and concerns, provide information about products and services
• Take orders, determine charges, and oversee billing or payments
• Review or make changes to customer accounts
• Handle returns or complaints
• Record details of customer contacts and actions taken
• Research answers or solutions as needed
• Refer customers to supervisors, managers, or others who can help
Research for new prospective clients, solve problems and help assist clients in the U.S. and in the Philippines. Subject matter expert accountable for performing a variety of key functions, addressing inquiries of current and potential clients, communicating and marketing regarding background check for potential employees and submit results to employers. Accountable for entering names and results that were searched and enter case reports that were investigated on a daily basis.
• Responsible for guiding the waiter/ waitress, bus boys/girls in the performance of their jobs.
• Responsible for ensuring sufficient operating guest supplies and operating equipment during shift’s operation.
• Responsible for the overall sanitation and cleanliness of the room service area, pool side bar, and Executive Lounge.
• Responsible for consistently implementing the service standards and operating procedures in the room service.
• Responsible for ensuring sufficiency of manpower in the shift.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities assigned by immediate superior, which leads to guest satisfaction and profit for the Hotel.
• Greet customers, give them menus, and inform them about daily specials, Take drink orders from customers
• Operate cash registers, collect payments from customers, and return change
• Manage bar operation and order and maintain liquor and bar supplies
• Take customers’ orders and Provide timely, pleasant, and polite food and beverage service to guests, Maintain awareness with menu and special items
• Handle guest complaints and notify manager on duty immediately
