Troubleshoot and resolve Desktop software, business applications, system, peripheral and handheld mobile device issues.
Assist with Server, Network and IP Phone device troubleshooting, install, move and remove.
Install, uninstall and configure software including client business applications.

Install, move, remove, configure and troubleshooting Desktop including peripherals, printers and scanners.
Responsible for supporting and maintaining the Microsoft Server and Desktop Operating Systems and Microsoft Exchange Environment plus general maintenance of all IT related Hardware and Software.
Provide Desktop and Server support (Servers: IBM Machine (x3650M4, x3250M4), DELL: PowerEdge R320, IBM Storage: DS3512).
Support and maintain MS Server 2008/2012 and MS Exchange 2007/2010/2013.
Windows RODC Server Implementation and configuration of ADFS & ADFS Proxy.
