 Troubleshoot and resolve Desktop software, business applications, system, peripheral and handheld mobile device issues.
 Assist with Server, Network and IP Phone device troubleshooting, install, move and remove.
 Install, uninstall and configure software including client business applications.
 Timely and appropriate escalations and ensuring the customer is updated in a timely, consistent and professional manner.
 Consulting with customer IT management to reach resolution of complex issues and liaising with 3rd Party vendors as and when required.
 In accordance with Service Levels using Service Centre Systems and Desktop Management Toolsets troubleshoot and resolve Desktop software, business applications, system, peripheral and handheld mobile device issues.
 On site investigation/resolution of LAN, WAN, Server, and IP Phone device issues
including field instalment / replacement, as required.
 Coordination to Network Management Department for any onsite node down issues, including basic troubleshooting, resetting routers/switches, etc.
 Install, move, remove, configure and troubleshooting Desktop including peripherals, printers and scanners.

Responsible for supporting and maintaining the Microsoft Server and Desktop Operating Systems and Microsoft Exchange Environment plus general maintenance of all IT related Hardware and Software.

 Provide Desktop and Server support (Servers: IBM Machine (x3650M4, x3250M4), DELL: PowerEdge R320, IBM Storage: DS3512).
 Support and maintain MS Server 2008/2012 and MS Exchange 2007/2010/2013.
 Windows RODC Server Implementation and configuration of ADFS & ADFS Proxy.
 Implementation of Office 365 (Office & Lync), synchronization Server & migration of Exchange Server to Office 365.
 Maintain Active Directory Administration, Disaster Recovery Planning, Remote Access, Office Products, Routers, Switches and Backup devices.
 Installing, Configuring and Administering VMware. Created and managed VMs (Virtual Server) and also involved in the maintenance of Virtual Servers.
 Managing Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization solutions on various Windows Servers.
 Maintained the Microsoft Exchange Servers (2003/ 2007/ 2010/2013) and resolved any issues regarding the Exchange email systems. Migrated Exchange Server 2007 to 2010.
 Managing Backups, Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
 SonicWALL (SonicWALL NSA 220) firewall configuration, Site-site VPN Configuration, Configuring Load balancing on the SonicWALL.
 Implementing & Maintaining Microsoft Clustering Windows based server environment.
 Installation of Avaya IP Office & Panasonic telephone system.
