· Ensure that all original document remain in document control. Copies of
original document are distributed against signed receipt.
· Monitor and update any change and modification to the technical doc-
uments.
· Prepare typed letters / reports / minutes correspondences for sign off by
management and organize distribution by fax / mail / courier /
