• Perform analytical support on tenders in terms of industries, trades and customers
• Ensure compliance with company policies, strategies, guidelines and authority levels
• Prepare and submit to management on monthly basis sales reports, assessing sales, forecasts, stock level, achievement rates and growth per product per country
• Provide rigorous cost and market analysis following the models established by Strategic Sourcing focusing on the total value of ownership
• Work with the tendering and execution teams to develop the estimated timeline an execution plan for the project

• Analyze and underwrite investment decisions for leasing, financing, buy/sell scenarios including preparation of cash flow models, sensitivity tables, property valuations, and joint venture structuring
• Lead the transaction due diligence, tender process and bids analysis
• Lead annual Site and Functional Budget process including development/analysis of budget targets, developing, communicating and driving the budget timeline, creating budget templates, creating/maintaining budget roll-up files, preparing budget deliverables for Site Management and BU Leadership Team.
• Lead evaluation of M&A strategies, through deal thesis, diligence and completing various valuation methods, merger acquisition planning and concluding to execution of the transaction
• Managed teams to develop tenders and bids for future work for the Company and directly ensured all tender and contract development activities are in accordance with company procedures and technical work instructions

• Managed and monitored budget planning, formulation, procurement and F&E funding
• Generated various reports using FAA financial systems such as Acquire, FMS and others
• Systematized resource planning document for Oceanic and Offshore projects
