- Create and develop ongoing business relationships with Mobile Operators
- Handle assigned accounts and coordinate with other account managers (from operator’s side) to make sure services are being fully understood and launched on time.
- Initiate, promote and follow-up on new services after studying market/operators needs and priorities.
- Draft new services’ proposals and presentations with the coordination of Advertising/Marketing departments.
- Daily monitor traffic generated from the running services with operators
- Follow up with technical team on the services that are being deployed to speed up integration
- Follow up with content department to make sure the content meets each operator’s content guidelines and policies.
- Follow up with Contracts department when signing new contracts to solve any contract related issues with operator or content provider.

• Support Khatib & Alami (K&A) especially GIS Services Division (GSD) in business development efforts to achieve long-term continuity and secure continuous work and growth.
• Support GSD in Technical proposals for Telecom and Commercial projects including Wireless Telecom network designing, planning, optimization & data management, Coverage Prediction, Location Analytics and Business Intelligence, Vehicle and Personnel Tracking System…
• Evaluate scopes of work, request for proposals, technical and financial proposals, project schedule, project estimation and prepare presentations.
• Matching services provided to market growth areas.
• Build a customer database and maintain contact information.
• Initiate, establish, & carry on good business relations with customers and market players.
• Support the Solution and Product manager to recruit new candidates for the telecom engineers’ position at K&A.
• Audit the Configuration Control process based on CMMI

• Establish new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule.
• Identify current and future customer service requirements by providing product and IT solution for virtualization, storage, archiving, backup, BCDR, networking, security, data protection…
• Prepare quotes and proposals by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer documents; consulting with engineers and other professional and technical personnel.
• Follow up on sales leads and payments; also review new areas of reaching clients.

• Controlled the charging system traffic cases and the charging and billing in one system.
• Acquired competence on:
- IP, BB & CORE Domain (Packet Core, IMS & MPBN)
- Radio Access Network planning & optimization in 3G
- Media and Application Competence Domain (CBA)

• Monitored the switching network and its structure and deployment in Lebanon with respect to Alcatel, Ericsson & Siemens.
• Acquired competence on:
- Telecom Platform (3G, DSL, protocols & OSI Model)
- Mobile Network & Signaling (GSM network UMTS, CDMA, SS7, cell planning…)
- PDH - SDH - DWDM (Optical Transmission in General)
