• Responsible for establishing and maintaining an effective document control system.
• Maintaining a tracking facility to enable documents to be updated easily.
• Scanning in all relevant new documents.
• Checking Despatch documents are accurate (Prepare daily Shipment Release Document as per project requirement).
• Presentation and filing of documents and drawings, and prepare all MDR Documents - (Material Data Record Book) as per project specifications and requirements.
• Responsible for maintaining hard copy information (Inspection reports).
• Issuing and distributing controlled copies of information.
• Managing and maintaining a Meridian Document Control System.
• Provide advice on procedures of issues and methods in accessing the system.
• Ensuring all documents are as up to date as possible within electronic filing systems.
• Offers inspection reports to client for review and approvals.
• Monitoring and handling of all QC Document Control department’s stationary and document requirements.
1. Batch run and process for daily and weekly input system/data
2. Network Flows Monitorng and Provides access to every local and router profiles.
3. Hardware and software installation
1. Provides a better solution in every ways the clients needs and to support in technical knowledge.
2. Help maintaning companies Hardware and Software Products and Company Used Systems.
3. Performs Daily Updates for Software Drivers and provides an Up to date solutions.
Marketing Sales:
A) Conduct and process clients needs and inquiry.
B) Provides better solution to clients (Private Company and contracting Companies)
C) Process sales order and shipment agreements
D) Conduct monthly and weekly store and warehouse inventory stocks.
E)Lead person to conduct business plan and project material (Raised Floor tiles and Fiber Optic cables) bidding application.
