1. I was the project Lead for around 60 startups during the first phase of business planning and operations, providing necessary development process in every division of a new or existing business. This resulted in the financial and economic viability of the company. 2. I had to help the entrepreneurs identify and improve the processes, making them more efficient and effective right from the beginning. With time, I was able to help them be more agile and responsive to the changing needs of the target market. The resources were efficiently managed and together we could help eliminate waste in the business processes of operations, sales, marketing, IT and HR. 3. I conducted the feasibility study of these startups that helped to identify bottlenecks in a production process, to improve the efficiency of a customer service process, or to reduce the cost of a sales process.
