Compliance with all Health and Safety policies
Ø Direct, plan and implement the credit collection, counseling, and related administrative responsibilities associated with delinquent / uncollected overdrawn accounts, and matured lines in midrange and hard core accounts.
Ø Counsel borrowers with credit problems an assist them in reducing their indebtedness and making full repayment to creditors thus re-establishing a satisfactory credit rating or refer them to an appropriate credit counseling organization.
Ø Maintain an acceptable level of delinquency percentages. Prepare periodic reports on the status of delinquencies, indicating likelihood of recovery and/or time frame until account is current.
Ø Provide assistance to co-workers with difficult customers or problems.
Ø Receiving inbound calls.
Ø Experience in social work and the ability to deal with sensitive issues.
Ø The primary function is to provide credit counseling and education to each client.
Ø This includes assessing a client's overall financial situation and developing a personalized plan of action to enhance the clients' financial health- security and future.
Ø Handling complaints, checking the status and giving informations regarding credit cards.
Ø Responsible for bad debt, fraud, and related losses associated with the accounts.
Ø We evaluate and price applicants in a manner consistent with the evaluation of all of the applicants for our products.
