of agreements between the respective external vendors.
❖ Coordinate with other internal departments to evaluate and decide on potential suppliers
for goods/materials sourcing.
❖ Requested and negotiated price quotations from approved vendors for the different
engineering materials created comparative statement of the prices.
❖ Secure long term supplies at fixed prices and reliable availabilities. Shadowed senior
Engineers in Procuring and Dedicating equipment for site.
❖ Produced weekly updated reports to project engineers, managers and accounting
management.
❖ Programming, Managing and Delivery of all new or re-introduction parts, working
in conjunction with their vendor teams, ensuring the plan is created, monitored and
executed in line with the commitment to the IPT or Project team.
❖ Create / Maintain trigger and min/max inventory levels.
❖ Record and classify material numbers to spare parts when creating MMRs.
❖ Maintain the spare parts SAP database and document Info records.
❖ Update machine BOMs when new MMRs are created for a new part on a machine.
