Job Descriptions:
Assist Project Construction Manager in technical aspects.
Leading the Subcontractors Department starting from defining the scope & quantities, arranging the RFQ, comparison between quotations, site visits, negotiation, selection, LOI, LOA, finalizing all the subcontractors agreements/ contracts, leading the Subcontractors to execute the works at site.
Assist to control and manage the pipeline mechanical activities from construction to commissioning & de-commissioning (specialist in crossings).
Following and Execution of Horizontal Directional Drilling activities, set-up and arranging the related crossing NOC’s.
Preparation of procedures / method statements, Task Risk Assessments for pipeline construction, pre-commissioning & commissioning activities.
Handling punch lists related to mechanical completion & hand over stages.
Execution of hydrostatic activities related to pipeline and related pigging activities include cleaning, gauging, filling, pressurizing, dewatering, swabbing,
Pre-commissioning, calliper survey, drying, N2 purging of pipelines,
Arranging and leading the Interface workshops and technical meetings with the involved principle contractors, sub-contractors, authorities and third parties ensure their readiness to conduct the various activities for the project.
Resolving the field engineering issues related to Interfaces in coordination with Construction Engineers and documents the resolutions.
Project Coordination related to Interfaces with Discipline Engineers of Company, Client and other EPC Contractors.
Participate in weekly Interface and progress meetings and facilitating the necessary NOC’S from concerned authorities.
Handling 12, 000.00 inch dia. construction scope related to piping inside brown area for ADNOC-GP
Job Descriptions:
Review of the hand-over system definition and prioritize the systems required for the early stage of pre-commissioning and commissioning.
Execution for gross test by air for the separation and stripper units.
Supervision of all activities related to Nitrogen/ Helium Leak test which inducted by A.Hak Company after the completion of gross test by air on the Hydrocarbon Systems.
Inspection on all Hydrocarbon systems after pressurized by nitrogen and helium using helium sensitive spectrometer.
Inerting (purging by nitrogen) for the tested Hydrocarbon systems with < 0.5% of Oxygen content.
Leading maintenance group ready for any emergency cases during the night shift.
Hand over systems for RFO/ RFSU stages.
Calibration of all Pressure relief valves by carrying the leak test and hold test.
1) Reviews the hand-over system definition and prioritize the systems required for the early stage of pre-commissioning and commissioning.
2) Revised and prepares Pre-commissioning Manuals and Pre-commissioning procedures.
3) Supervision of Pre-Commissioning works, such as (air blowing, mechanical cleaning, water flushing, and steam blowing).
4) Follow AQUA MILLING activities for pipes cleaning use pressurized water only.
5) Make Passivation for the lines after clear AQUA MILLING activities.
6) Preparation of steam lines for steam blowing and follow all of its activities.
7) Supervision of system re-instatement prior leak test, service test and commissioning.
8) Conducts inspection of large diameter piping (mechanical cleaning).
9) Plans, prepares and supervise installation of temporary piping and facilities.
10) Reinstatement, Inspection & walk down systems after completed pre-commissioning activities with clients.
11) Preparing & carrying out responsibilities of temporary pipes net for air run during air blowing and for Boiler start-up.
1) Leading a team of supervisors, foremen and charge hands for erection operations and pipe support installation in accordance with procedures, specifications, priorities for services of Process gas, Steam system, Sewer water, Fire water, Cooling water, Potable water, Utilities, etc. with the objective of maintaining the required Quality Standard.
2) Preparing daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
3) Dealing with test packs of different services.
4) Coordinating with testing department for hydro testing.
5) Regular follow up with engineering department for material required.
6) Troubleshooting the client problems.
7) Daily participation to the production and test-package meetings.
8) Providing technical assistance on a daily basis.
9) Handling all piping technical queries and investigating all field work related problems, including the drawing of field sketches when necessary.
10) Review of Project specification and P&IDs
11) Carrying out final P&ID check of installed systems.
12) Preparation of “ASBUILT” drawings.
13) Preparation of field piping system test packages, including system limit on P&ID and Isometrics.
14) Responsible for line checking after hydro-test to complete the post punch to sign-off the test packages before signing the completion of piping/mechanical.
15) Daily organization of the safety toolbox and maintaining HSE (Health Safety Environment) on site.
