Job Descriptions:
 Assist Project Construction Manager in technical aspects.
 Leading the Subcontractors Department starting from defining the scope & quantities, arranging the RFQ, comparison between quotations, site visits, negotiation, selection, LOI, LOA, finalizing all the subcontractors agreements/ contracts, leading the Subcontractors to execute the works at site.
 Assist to control and manage the pipeline mechanical activities from construction to commissioning & de-commissioning (specialist in crossings).
 Following and Execution of Horizontal Directional Drilling activities, set-up and arranging the related crossing NOC’s.
 Preparation of procedures / method statements, Task Risk Assessments for pipeline construction, pre-commissioning & commissioning activities.
 Handling punch lists related to mechanical completion & hand over stages.
 Execution of hydrostatic activities related to pipeline and related pigging activities include cleaning, gauging, filling, pressurizing, dewatering, swabbing,
 Pre-commissioning, calliper survey, drying, N2 purging of pipelines,
 Arranging and leading the Interface workshops and technical meetings with the involved principle contractors, sub-contractors, authorities and third parties ensure their readiness to conduct the various activities for the project.
 Resolving the field engineering issues related to Interfaces in coordination with Construction Engineers and documents the resolutions.
 Project Coordination related to Interfaces with Discipline Engineers of Company, Client and other EPC Contractors.
 Participate in weekly Interface and progress meetings and facilitating the necessary NOC’S from concerned authorities.
 Handling 12, 000.00 inch dia. construction scope related to piping inside brown area for ADNOC-GP

Commissioning Site Engineer at Consolidated Contractors International Company

Leading maintenance group ready for any emergency cases during the night shift.
Hand over systems for RFO/ RFSU stages.
Calibration of all Pressure relief valves by carrying the leak test and hold test.

15) Daily organization of the safety toolbox and maintaining HSE (Health Safety Environment) on site.
