The Medco Client Website is a business-to-business Internet portal that enables Medco to provide superior service to its clients and their members and employees. The website empowers clients and their Medco account management teams with online, real-time access to eligibility, reporting and analytical tools to:
• quickly and easily inquire on and update eligibility, review coverage information, and perform prior authorizations, and
• gain immediate insight about critical plan performance measures such as cost and utilization
Medco's eService Delivery (eSD) product, also available through the Client Website as described above, delivers industry-leading online prescription benefit program administration capabilities. eSD's real-time, user-friendly features assist in answering member questions about eligibility, drug coverage, and participating pharmacies. eSD helps Medco and Medco's clients provide superior member service that enhances employee and member satisfaction.
