As Team leader in operations is a very responsible role to ensure safety of our valued guests and my colleagues overall (125) by inspecting all rides slides attraction are safe and in working condition and writing done valued information of ride check by check lists meanwhile communicating with my assistant manager to open the facility. Then on ensuring my team of 45 colleagues meets all the standard operating procedures on a day- today basis. Opening, running and closing section procedures, also by filling out check lists. Motivating my team to deliver ultimate guest experience leading by example How do you want to be treated with respect. welcomining and handeling guest complaint, and lost child or family, by using radio codes by annousing relevent information in that way we minimise the message to other guest. Noticing the colleagues who provide good guest servive by legend of the day and award recognition program on a daily basis. As a team leader raising the bar and going extra mile which is helping my team to get best out of them to maintain the energy level to deliver the guest experience to each and every guest also make some wonderful memories and visit us again.
