•Analysing and proposing new Collection Strategies based on the Bank requirement
•Target Setting for Skip & Non Skip Collections by Analyzing and Scrutinizing the portfolio data

•Daily, monthly, & yearly MIS reports to be circulated to the senior Management.
•Developing and maintaining databases for the Collections Team using tools like Excel and Access.

•Cash Management and Tallying of Cash on a day to Day basis.
•Risk Analysis of various Cash Flow in Collections and providing Exception Reports.
•Daily Collection performance is evaluated and Circulated with Top Management.
•Part of supporting team in Collections to attain Month end Target Figures.
•Collecting Feedback from Collectors and providing Summary to Top Management Based on their Feedback.
•Interaction with Senior Management in Providing Updation in existing System for Better Performance.
•Training new recruits in Excel and Access and equip them for Database Management.
Develop, prepare and circulate periodic Business reports to internal management.
•Data Collection, analysis and presentations of business performance to the Top management.
•Advisory support in bringing new Business initiatives and promotions.
•Conduct Market Research as per the requirement of Business Development Teams.
•Coordinate for data request with different Departments and manage the Database.
•Trend Analysis and Exception Handling.
•Driving business through sales reports on a daily basis.
•Troubleshooting errors in the data extracted from IT Dept and highlighting it to the top management.
•Process Owner of NRE Reconciliation.
•Calculation of Incentive for the different sales departments based on their target achievements.
•Responsible for Incentive Documentation and uploading it within the stipulated time.
•Data Requirement Handling of Different departments.
•Creating new frames for report preparation and regularly updating them according to the stakeholder requirements.
Product presentations to architects and consultants.
•Weekly and monthly reporting on Sales plan and commitments.
•Acts as a Liaison between company and clients for yearly contracts with Government bodies and Banks.
•Planning and Forecasting with the help of tools like SAP.
•Organizing Brand Promotion activities like in-house seminar.
•Market mapping and competition analysis.
•Channel Sales Management through aggressive marketing.
•Analysis of data and generating reports with the help of MS Excel and Word.
