- Led and managed enterprise business applications software engineering projects including software architecture definition, object oriented design, and delivery employing full SDLC and Java J2EE technology.
- Involved in end-to-end business analysis activities including planning, monitoring, requirements elicitation, requirements analysis, requirements management, communication, requirements verification and validation, and solution design and assessment.
- Led and involved in end-to-end HCM functional implementation activities including requirements gathering, gap analysis and documentation, solution and extensions design, testing & quality control, senior managers training, acceptance testing, and post-implementation support.
Involved in end-to-end ERP and HCM functional and technical implementation activities including requirements gathering, gap analysis and documentation, extensions design, testing & quality control, data transformation, key users training, user acceptance testing, reports and customization development, and post-implementation support.
Involved in detailed technical design, developing business systems components, functionalities and technical documentation, identified and resolved reported defects, conducted cross-team quality assurance review, and optimized/evaluated code
