Troubleshooting PC’s/laptops, printers and other computer peripherals.
Configuring Desktop/Notebook PC’s, Printers, Firewalls, DVR & cameras, Fax,
BlackBerry phones, Scanner, email account and Telephone extension (IPphone/Digital) for new joiners and existing staff.
Troubleshooting VPN related issues between branches and HO, Firewalls like Sonicwall TZ 180 standard, Cyberoam.
Responsible for managing backups(software’s used for backupsAcronis TrueImage, Sync Toy 2.1, Sonicwall DLP, Nova BACKUP Professional).
Installation and configuration of MS Office (2010, 2007, and 2003) applicationsand all other client applications that is required for a user in respective dept.
Ensure that all software’s installed on company desktop/laptop PCs are licensedSorting out network connection and network related issues for users.Ensure the antivirus software is installed, kept up to date and working properly onall workstations.
Setup and maintain user email accounts, shared hard drives, new domain users inserver (2003, 2008 R2).
Creating purchase requisition for IT hardware/software. Setting up and configuring new core servers.
Patching of network and phones.
Managing data and voice networks (WAN/LAN/ADSL).
Trouble shooting pos problems.

Presently working as IT Service Support Engineer at Manappuram Group of Companies. Manappuram Group handles a variety of services Including Banking, Wealth management, finance etc. They have a large number of braches all over India. All of the branches are well equipped with latest computing technologies and all of the branches are interconnected with internal network infrastructure.
