Surveyor (Ongoing)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AS DESIGNATION:
• Coordinate and provide direction to survey staff and field crews to ensure that the projects are completed as per technical specifications, project plans, within approved budgets and deadlines for completion.
• Apply standard scientific and engineering techniques, procedures and criteria and use judgment in making adaptations in fixing, computation and maintenance of horizontal and vertical survey control points.
• Carry out initial surveys and environmental impact assessments on high rise buildings, verify the accuracy of survey data and collect information from available drawings for survey works.
• Prepare records of the results of surveys including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land features, deliver as-built reports of all super structure for final submission.
• Plan and conduct surveys designed to establish baselines, elevations and other geodetic measurements as needed.
• Ensure accuracy of setting out program during pre-pour and post pour of structure by checking setting out points and by regularly checking survey instruments.
• Consistently meet and exceed client expectations by ensuring accurate, complete and timely communication of information to and from clients.
• Read and understand drawings and transfer information, as required, to suitable positions on the construction site.
• Prepare request for information required for preparation of drawing details in coordination with design team for submission to the client.
• Review project boundary and property lines alignment and elevations for roads, swales, ditches and manholes, design elevations, structure position, drains, centreline and offset reference using the functions of Total Stations.
• Measure and record angles, distances, elevations, locations through the use of standard and computerized survey equipment.
• Utilize AutoCAD, LisCAD and related land survey development software, instruments and techniques with expertise.
• Innovate in conducting various surveying tasks and calibrate surveying instruments to comply with ISO procedures.

• Total Station: Leica TPS 1200 Series, Builder, LeicaTM30, TS15, TS06, Sokkia Set 2X, Set113R, Set 250Rx
• GPS : Trimble, Leica, Cx-105, Topcon GTS 721.
• Digital & Auto Level: Leica Sprinter 250, Sokkia, Geo fennel, Nikon, Pentax.
• Laser Alignment: Laser Plummet, Laser level, Point & Line Laser
