Procurement

- Heading the Project Procurement team and working with department heads for creation, control and critical analysis of purchase requests.
- Working in conjunction with all department heads to ensure maximum profitability in Procurement.
- Analysis of products, resources, and service proposals to ensure quality and best offer.
- Maintain vendor and service provider relationships and serve as primary point of liaison in case of any disputation between the company and suppliers.
- Keeping up to date on new vendors and possible cost-cutting partnerships
- Collaborating with department heads to conceive ways to minimize waste of purchased resources.
- Developing and implementation of proactive solutions and cost-cutting measures.

Finance Administration

- Responsible for ensuring coherence and exactitude on procurement documents before submitting to hierarchy.
- Processing and analysis of Employee Work Scores for weekly general report.

Administration and Finance Management

- Solely responsible for ensuring financial transparency and integrity through the
constant update and tracking of expenses, income ( client funds, payments and

- Created and translated some company forms and (short) contracts. (French/English)
