Financial Management and Oversight:
• Direct and administer all financial plans and oversee business policies & accounting practices
• Develop and monitor project budgets to assure organizational efficiency and appropriate resource allocation and management of cash flow
• Oversee staff and consultants in the billing and accounting process

• Part of the Global Sales & Project Team working on business development of project piping business with International Oil Cos and EPC Contractors.
Human Resources and Team Development/Leadership:
• Provide input and guidance to staff in the role of chief personnel officer
• Oversight of recruitment, hiring, compensation and performance management
• Benefits administration and oversight
• New-employee onboarding and professional development
• Retention strategies
• Regulatory oversight and legal compliance as per local laws
• Mentoring & coaching with being approachable
• Working with senior management peers to establish staff performance and development
Operations:
• Oversee risk management and legal activities: letters of agreement, contracts, leases and other legal documents and agreements
• Ensure appropriate business insurance: procurement, monitoring and management
• Ensure the ongoing maintenance and updating of information systems & infrastructure
• Manage organizational reporting and monitoring
• Upgrade & implement an appropriate system of policies, internal controls, accounting standards & procedures
• Provide for all staff a strong day-to-day leadership presence
• Maintain continuous lines of communication, keeping the Managing Director at HQ informed of all critical issues
• Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business
• To lead Business Development & Sales to promote complete product portfolio within the Middle East market (UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Iraq) and other regions internationally.
• To handle Key Client Accounts (End Users/EPCs/PMCs) in Oil & Gas/Petrochemicals/ Power/Renewable sectors regionally.
• To coordinate and liaise with appointed Agents in various markets for business development with Oil Cos and EPCs
• To be responsible for contract management and PO close out with key client accounts
• Management reporting on monthly basis with a presentation to have an overview about the region.
• To lead Business Development & Sales team to promote supply of Piping Materials within the Gulf (UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, KSA, Iraq, Iran) and India Region.
• To handle Project/OEM/MRO customers in Oil & Gas/Petrochemicals/ Industrial/ Water/Power sectors regionally and ongoing business with Shell Partner Cos.
• To assist Group’s affiliate offices worldwide in proposal preparation by working closely with Asian origin Mills/Manufacturers and assistance on sourcing stocks available locally.
• To be part of the Global Project Team working on business development of project piping business with International Oil Cos and EPC Contractors.
• To appoint Agents in various territories, to coordinate and lead Pre-Qualification with Oil Cos and EPCs
Achievements:
• "Special Recognition Award" for achieving booked margins for consecutively 3 periods during FY 2014.
• Overachieved sales target for the FY2014 by 12%.
• Successfully help secure piping business in materials viz. Duplex, Super duplex, Haste alloy, Copper-Nickel and Titanium within the Gulf Region
Job responsibilities:
• To lead Business Development & Sales to Project/OEM/MRO customers in Oil & Gas/Petrochemicals/ Industrial/ Water/Power sectors within the GULF REGION
• With branches in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Khobar, Muscat, Doha and Kuwait, responsibility is to promote business in each of the given markets together with the respective Area Sales Managers (8 personnel).
• To focus on complete Piping Package (pipes, fittings, flanges) in metallurgy viz. STAINLESS STEEL, DUPLEX, SUPERDUPLEX, NICKEL ALLOYS, TITANIUM, COPPER-NICKEL and CLADDED.
• Management reporting on monthly basis with presentation highlighting progress on the targeted project opportunities (won/lost) and potential opportunities/business envisaged on period basis.
• Weekly sales reporting on CRM package (www.salesforce.com).
Achievements:
• "Special Recognition Award" for achieving highest order booking in the Gulf Region during FY 2012.
• "Champions Award" for securing highest order booking in Q4 of FY2012 amongst all Area Sales Managers.
• Secured Line Pipe business of over US$ 8 Million in the FY2012.
• Successfully achieved sales target for the FY2013.
• Awarded performance-based cash incentive and assigned responsibility as Regional Product Manager
Job responsibilities: As Area Sales Manager (Oil & Gas) for the Abu Dhabi market, responsibilities include:
• General Management responsibility to manage Abu Dhabi- OPCO.
• Pre-qualification of Principals (Mills/Manufacturers) in piping category with the End Users/ PMCs/Engineering Consultants.
• Identification of new business opportunities with the EPC Contractors/Consultants/Oil Companies
• Presentation to EPC Contractors/Consultants/Oil Companies about product capabilities.
• Follow up with key decision makers on the targeted project business.
• Technical discussions with the Contractor/Consultant/Oil Companies for optimization of the piping package in conformance to project design specifications
• Finalisation of proposals/contract with the EPC Contractors and Oil Companies
• Co-ordination with the Contractor/Consultant for approval of documents and drawings as per project specifications/standards.
Lead a team of over 20 Sales & Proposals Engineers with focus on new business development, sales & proposal preparations for a diversified product portfolio of Principals/Partners viz.

- Piping: Pipes, Fittings, Flanges, Valves in CS/SS/AS/CRA material grades
- Process: Plate Heat Exchangers, Test Separator, Production Separator, Coalescers, 2 & 3 Phase Separator and Filters;
- Static: ASME U, U2 & NB stamped Pressure vessels, API Storage tanks and Heat exchangers;
- Skidded Package Units: Fuel gas conditioning, 3 Phase & 2 Phase Separation, Indirect Water Bath Heaters, Produced water treatment, Flares, Electro-chlorination, Chemical Injection
- Plants: CO2 Recovery Plants, CO2 Production Plants, SRU, LPG Bottling Units
