To support Financial advisor Mr. Rickson Joel D'Souza and perform various operational tasks to
enhance the growth of the business . Mr. Rickson is into insurance business for the last 13 years,
Mainly dealing with Life insurance for High net worth individuals, Business owners and high
income executives
Ensure all Life Insurance and health insurance applications received, meets all the requirements
in terms of documentation, information and compliance before submitting to new business team
Co-ordinate with clients and Medical clinics to schedule appointment for medical if required any.
Follow up with new business and policy servicing team for new business issuance and
completion of service requests.
Arrange for policy documents to be checked, bound & handover to clients
Follow up on premium overdue on a monthly basis
Action Service requests like Fund Switch, Re-reinstatement, Withdrawals/Surrenders, etc
Update Client Database with Newly issued & transferred policies and maintain a summary of
each client portfolio
Generate MIS and reports for Mr. Rickson
Prepare meeting file for client meetings (Includes -Summary of existing policies, valuation
statements and growth rates, Illustrations, application and other required documentation for
new proposals )
Meet clients if required to complete application and documentation
Claims handling
• Ensure all Life Insurance applications received from IFAs are scrutinized based on Insurance Co. Checklists for any missing information and additional documentation .
• All complete applications to be scanned and dispatched to Insurance Cos.
• Co-ordinate with clients and Medical clinics for the Medical Appointment for their Life Insurance proposals.
• Follow up with Insurance Cos. for all new business applications until their issuance.
• Arrange for New policy documents to be checked, bound & handover to relevant IFA and ensure to receive a Policy delivery confirmation.
• Follow up on premium overdue on a monthly basis with IFA’s
• Maintain copies of Method of payment and dispatch to the Ins. Cos. Keep a track on client’s Credit card expiry dates & send reminders to IFAs to obtain new CC mandates.
• Action Service requests like Fund Switch, Policy Re-reinstatement, Withdrawals/Surrenders,
• change of personal details, Assignments etc
• Maintain sufficient stock of New Business Application forms, Brochures for different
• products.
