•Preparation, review and submission of Method Statements, Material Submittals, QCP, ITP, PQP, Risk Assessment.
•Preparation, review and submission of Testing & Commissioning manuals, O&M manuals.
•Carry out Inspection with Project Consultants, Contractors and Site Engineers.
•Carry out Inspection for materials (both electrical & mechanical) delivered to site.
•Maintain logs & records such as Site Inspection Request, MIR, Site Observation, RFI, Calibration, Variation orders, Minutes of Meetings, Internal Notes, and Customer Satisfaction Surveys Etc.
•Overall implementation of all QAQC systems as per Integrated Management Systems (IMS).
•Obtain Manufacturer’s Test Certificates for all equipment tested off site in accordance with the test plan and offer inspection of any equipment to Consultant prior to delivery.
•Ensure that implementation of field inspection for installation, testing and commissioning done by the Subcontractor is in accordance with the latest approved Drawings, Method Statements, & Contract Specifications.
•Checking/ monitoring of MEP work at site.
•Coordinate with other contractors for proper site implementation and execution.
•Coordinate with suppliers regarding material purchase.
•Prepare and submit samples & technical specifications of mechanical & electrical materials and equipments for approval.
•Monitor the correction of all snag/punch lists and corrective actions of non-conformances to standard requirement.
•Ensure completion for testing and commissioning of all installed materials & equipments.
•Interact with the project team in Quality requirements and Site Progress.
•Witnessing NDT tests (Ultrasonic & Dye Penetrant) at site.
•Carry out Combined Internal Audits with respect to Integrated Management Systems.
•Looking into Health and Safety Environment in the sites.
•Carry out First Aid whenever necessary.
•Successfully Hand Over the project to the client.
Preparation and submission of Method Statements, QCP, ITP, PQP.
Preparation and updating of tracking logs of MS, QCP, ITP, NCR Reports, RFI, Shop Drawings, Site and Material Inspection Requests and other Records.
Arrange and attend inspection with Project Consultants and Site Engineers.
Carry out NDT testing and Hydro testing.
Carry out Internal Audits according to QMS and ISO standards and Internal Inspections.
Receiving inspection of materials delivered at site.
Issuance of documents with current revision status.
Maintain records such as Site Inspection Request, MIR, Site Observation, RFI, Calibration, Score Cards, Correspondence, Minutes of Meetings, Internal Notes, and Customer Satisfaction Surveys Etc.
Pre-Commissiong and Commissiong procedures with engineers.
Overall implementation of all QAQC systems per QMS and ISO standards.
Looking into Health and Safety Environment in the sites.
Monitor control and the preparation/submission of drawings for Consultant’s approval and comments.

12.CONVERSION OF GAD DRAWING INTO ISOMETRIC.
13.PREPARATION OF LOOP FILES, MARKING OF TEST LIMITS & ALL OTHER DOCUMENTATION WORKS.
