• Preparing HLD and LLD of LAN/WAN as per customer requirements for power utilities in Canada.
• Designing, implementation, configuration and migration for various clients sites
• Deploying Network Architecture for telemetry applications for Wind Farms, Solar Parks and grid interconnection requirements by following NERC Telemetry Reliability Telemetry standards
• Excellent hands on experience in designing and developing solutions for utility operation and data acquisition methods (Wireless & Wired) and standards, guidelines
• Promoting Safety and Security culture and mentoring to fresh talents
• Creating BOM, RFP, RFW, SOP, Contractor Safety installation plans and procedures, testing procedures, commissioning methods, outage planning, report writing and presentations.
• Handling project engineering and managerial activities like client engagement, stake holder engagement, budgeting, regulatory approvals, closer out report, client handover and sharing lesson learns with young engineers
• Upgrading Telecom Application servers, Nokia - NFMP, NSP Platform, Virtualization, VM Host, VM
requirements, data base recovery, smooth operating procedures, SSL installation, ICCP establishment for secure communication of control center ( NERC guidelines)
• Hands-on working experience in OSI SCADA (Transmission) / Schinder Electric AMDS, D-SCADA, GE Digital Grid Automation platforms
• Configuring routers, switches, modems, RTUs to bring data to Transmission & Distribution SCADA for regional control room by following ICCP protocols.
• Working and technical Knowledge OT IDS like Claroty.
• Monitor, Detect & respond all actions requests on time to Network Team & report OT incident.
• Deploying Network Management platforms via Virtualization of Cisco, Nokia products for regional control center
• Data Quality, Data Integration, Logs, Data Vulnerability assessment for Asset management and for OT
applications using IBM Maximo
• Deploying SSL certificates for applications servers, upgradation of virtual products (Nokia NFMP, NSP)
• SCADA data link establishment for Wind farms, Solar Parks, Substation Automation (Wireless & Wired
Communications) by following NERC reliability guidelines
• Power Distribution Automation technology deployment and ADMS deployment for utilities
• Smart Metering Technology (Billing, Data Telemetry) and Smart Metering Operation Centre deployment under NERC & IEC62443 guidelines
• Providing remote technical support during implementation of designs on site.
• Working closely with onsite team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Performing Network Audits in Data Center Environment, to determine the flow of customer traffic traversing through firewalls and Load balancers.
