• Sourcing raw materials and packaging materials & co-ordinating with Global Procurement to ensure business needs are met efficiently.
• Providing cross-functional support as the Procurement Business Partner for Dubai plant and effectively manage stakeholder expectations.

• Develop and execute procurement category strategies using 5i / SWP as the regional EMEA category manager for Eggs.

• Researching product landscape to keep current with industry trends, e-commerce market and
pricing dynamics in the consumer product goods space
• Managing category selection to optimize sales & customer experience
• Responsible for P&L of categories
• Maintaining effective relationship with existing & new suppliers
• Creation of contracts using Salesforce

Responsible for end-to-end procurement of materials (Direct and Indirect) viz. Raw materials, packaging materials & promotional items for Alokozay Tea, Tissue, Cooking Oil, Evaporated Milk, Biscuits, Detergent etc.

Creation of Purchase Orders using Oracle as ERP, managing timely supply of raw materials & packaging material stocks for production.

Value optimization - Cost reduction of packaging, by optimization of materials and/or processing.

Managing Large purchases and working with set targets and time frames.

Supplier development - Identify, assess and develop reliable packaging vendors. Maintain effective relationship networks with all current and new suppliers.

Development of new suppliers to expand the existing database.

Building Strategic relationship with key suppliers.

• Assisting and guiding corporate clients of the bank to setup their smartBUSINESS accounts.
• User Profile creation for Internet Banking module.
• Providing technical support to clients about smartBUSINESS application over the phone and also
in person.
• Assisting clients to make Payments, Telegraphic Transfers, salary WPS online.
• Testing and uploading files for processing.

• Managing the Dispute Management System (DMS) for banks in NFS for ATM and Interbank
Mobile Payment System (IMPS) environment.
• Maintaining the uptime of DMS application.
• Testing and implementing new enhancements in DMS.
• Use of SQL server to query and provide reports to banks.
