•Work Profile  Handling all IT related issues from 4000+ employees in HO (Bahrain) and remote branches (Switzerland, Hong Kong and US).  Troubleshoot and customize MS Office 365 Applications including Word, Excel, One Note, Skype for Business, Teams, One Drive, etc.  MS Exchange 2016 / Office 365 support, maintenance, and administration (Account provisioning, migration from exchange to Office 365, Distribution group creation, etc.)  Analyzing and providing solution to different stakeholders of IT Infrastructure on various projects as well as on incident and change requests.  User accounts creation, on premise and exchange online (AD and Azure AD)  Enrolling Windows (Autopilot), Android and iOS devices using Intune BYOD, MDM.  Assigning restriction and compliance policies to mobile devices using MAM.  Installing profiles on enrolling devices and troubleshooting issues for various platform devices.  Testing MS updates and deploying on production PCs through MECM.  Deploying Windows images and various software definition updates using MECM  Driver integration from different models of workstations and troubleshooting  Creating apps for Windows/Android/iOS (MS Store Apps, LOB Apps, iOS/Android Store Apps, etc.)  Handling Digital Signature using DigiSign.  Application installation block and whitelisting using Carbon Black (CB - Parity).  Enforcing Cyber Ark for least privilege to Intune managed windows devices.  Creating Condition Access(CA) policies to comply with company's information protocol.  Co-coordinating with Global IT security team for applying new policy and implementation.
