An integral part of the leadership team, the following were core components of my role:
1) Led 150+ member offshore shared services & delivery operations of Knowledge Management team for KPMG
This involved working closely with the onshore stakeholders to plan shared services business priorities;
Led business and Go-To-Market activities;
Drove Career pathing & L&D program to ensure team members have progressive growth path;
Worked with the HR team to keep a check on attrition, headcount, new roles;
Worked with the Operations team on budgeting for the year, licenses, SOWs, etc;
Reviewed processes to ensure efficiencies/effectiveness;
Represented business in events/conferences.
2) Led FS Community comprising 100+ members across Research, Benchmarking, Account Management and Knowledge Management capabilities. Managed a growing team of subject matter professionals in Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance and Investment Management domain.
Key aspects of the role:
a) Established the FS Insights team that supports KPMG globally in developing high-end thought leadership, whitepapers and industry defining research.
b) Worked closely with FS account teams on their sales enablement and winning business projects on topics like #Fintech, #Blockchain, #Bitcoin, #Digital etc
c) Drove BD & collaboration across capabilities
d) Built sector expertise via #L&D program
3) Led the Sector Strategy for Research and Knowledge members around sector specific processes, tools, business development initiatives for all major sectors.
