Responsibilities:
Conduct preventive maintenance to increase the machine performance.
Perform evaluation and test to qualify a new product requested by customer.
Upgrade product and machine depending on disk requirements and demands.
Hands-on job of automated machines to troubleshoot errors related to mechanical and
electrical parts.
Assist in trouble shooting machine problems, carry out repair works and ensure products
meet production and quality targets with minimal waste.
Perform the teach point and set-up for the adept robot.
Support the manufacturing line to improve the yield.
Assist in managing the department budget and monitor critical inventory spares and parts
for the production.
Set up machine for part change-over to run parts of different form factor according to
production schedule.
Troubleshoot and provide remedies to machine electrical or mechanical Problems.

production.
Allocate and dedicate tasks to Production Technicians (PTs) and ensuring resources are
effectively managed

Process Support
• Help manufacturing on Design related issues during each phase of the Spider. It is my responsibility to work with all related process to ensure that the production continue normally.
• Design product structure to meet various requirements such as, balance contact force applications, copper under pad, die-electric devices, and multi-site test and control scrub solutions.
• Write process specification & measurement of tip length, Tip diameter, Probe Depth.
• Provide solution to designers on complicated design projects.
• Conduct engineering evaluations to study process variation and identify suitable method to improve the process
• Work with related section to prepare corrective and preventive action report as and when there is some quality related issue internally and externally.
• Participate to prepare 8D report for any quality issue that claimed by Customer and suggest adequate solution to the problem.
• To accomplish role as internal auditor to improve system procedure and system to meet ISO9001 requirement.
Responsibilities:
To ensure smooth production by providing good maintenance of hardware, machines like Teradyne (Catalyst/ Tiger/ Verigy testers and Qualification of tester for mass production and do debugging/troubleshooting if problem occurs. Have done procedure for RF test flow calibration for Pin Scale and Quad Dense Verigy testers
