Direct and manage plant operations for Production planning fabrication/Galvanizing, , Maintenance, Quality assurance, Despatch and Raw material
Preparation of Production plan as per customer requirement
Maintaining Production Targets (Monthly/Yearly) by monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed
Maintaining Productivity by making most efficient utilization of available resources for production and providing guidance and direction to shop team to ensure efficiency
Project Completion on time as instructed by CEO/MD and client, by drafting a timescale for the job
Determining quality control standards.
Analysis of production loss time & implementation of new techniques /jigs to minimize time.
Preparing Production plans for Vendors & coordination with them for completion.
To solve manpower related issues (Leave, allocation, shift schedule, machine training &attendance)
Maintaining Machine tools stock & preparation of its Purchase indent by coordination with stores dept.
Organizing the preventive maintenance of production machines by coordinating with Maintenance dept.
Coordinate with various departments, including Planning, Maintenance, Galvanizing, Dispatch, Steel stores, QA, HR and purchase to ensure a steady flow of information
Working CEO to implement the company's policies and goals
Supervising the work of junior staff.
Reviewing Supervisors & worker’s performance appraisals
Interpreting company policies to all staff /workers and enforcing Safety regulations.
Arrange & attend Process, safety & ISO meetings when applicable.
Address employee concerns and complaints in professional manner to CEO/MD
Conduct inter-departmental interface meeting on all matters that deem to have negative affect to the Factory progress.
