• Analysis and execution of cost reduction measurement in Transportation cost, Power & Fuel and Manpower cost
• One Point Contact and Coordinator from Corporate office for all the Plant’s Modernization Activities
• Regular Monitoring of Stock adding in Non-moving and slow moving Categories
