 Fully understands supplier cost structures and logistics costs. Is able to identify value added opportunities for McDonald’s as appropriate.
 Provides monthly updates to relevant parties on key costs and expenses related to purchasing.
 Has a good understanding of current trends in pricing and is able to forecast accurate food and paper cost and recommend appropriate actions when trends are adverse.
