•Drive and prioritize the business requirements gathering process to ensure that meaningful requirements are identified and articulated into desired business solutions.
•Ensure that business requirements are related to business goals, priorities and are documented in Statement of Requirements (SOR) and present the proposed solution Business case with Functional, Technical and Commercial details.
o Conducts requirements walk-trough to obtain understanding and approval.

•Understand Business Processes; CRM (i.e. Salesforce), Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Service Management, Logistics and Supply Chain.

•Develop custom solutions and interfaces leveraging the current application platform landscape.
•Work towards all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and quality management systems and methodologies such as Agile-SCRUM, Waterfall.
•Write Epics and User Stories in an Agile delivery approach.
•Supports BRM and serves as a liaison in partnership between the IT department and multiple lines of business within a business discipline, and/or aligns with a core business function.
•Actively participate in design/review sessions with technical and business teams, including all levels of stakeholders.
•Define subsystem's functionality and APIs (Application Program Interfaces)
•Implement Staging Environments and actively manage Release, Configuration and Change management processes including performing Disaster Recovery Tests.
•Collaborate with developers, quality assurance, operations and business teams in cross-functional projects from requirements definition, testing to project planning and implementation.
•Ability to provide functional and technical support to cross functional and geographically dispersed user base on day to day basis.
•Spearhead regional IT compliance in alignment with Global Corp policies and procedures. Conduct Control Self Assessments for the regional operations. Act as the single point of contact for the Global Compliance and Internal Audit teams to assist coordinate their efforts towards audits and remediation’s.
•Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
•Develop strategic plans to lead cost efficiency and process improvement initiatives involving business and IT leaders; implement and track KPI’s, SLA’s, and budget spend to deliver business value through technology solutions, assets and services improving alignment and visibility across the enterprise
•Supports third party vendor selection, contract negotiation and support business in completing budget requirements.
•Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget.
•Monitors project progress and quality by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.

•Proactively collaborate with design, build, execute and support leads thus ensuring flawless execution and accountability.
•Plan & track project milestones and deliverables, identify & manage project dependencies and critical path.
