Culinary Products Division
•Plan, develop and implement strategy and procedures in Culinary Product Division for maintaining high standards of manufacturing operations in the division and to ensure that products conform to established customer and company quality standards with agreed timelines and allocated budget.
•Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring performance of all operations in Culinary Plant, i.e. Production, Planning, Quality, Procurement, Maintenance and GMP.
•Formulates and recommends & implements approved manufacturing policies and programs that guide the organization in maintaining and improving its competitive position and the profitability of the operation.
•Experience in the manufacturing of Ready To Eat Gravies, Retorted Gravies, Culinary Sauces and Mayo based products.
Process Engineering and Projects
•Leading process/ shop floor improvement projects like productivity improvement, yield improvements etc.
•Implementing various techniques for cycle time/ cost reduction, entailing identification of opportunities, analysis of data, conducting cost benefit analysis and implementation
•Leading & monitoring various energy saving initiatives to ensure efficiency in operations.
•Adept in planning various capacity enhancement tasks by implementing various debottleneck exercises
Operations
•Handling crucial roles in Production Planning & Control, Quality Assurance, New Product Development, Process Engineering & Improvement and Audits, Managing operational efficiency and excellence.
•Monitoring adherence to quality systems and comply with ISO 9001:2000 quality standards and ISO 22000 Food safety standards and maintaining requisite documents.
•Accountable in understanding overall operations for improvement of existing products with thrust on reducing product cost and based on market trends / requirements.
•Coordinating entire product development functions including requirement analysis, finalizing specifications, designing, prototype development and testing activities
Production
•Accountable in the entire process of the production operations of male contraceptive condoms.
•Played a crucial role in the Process control and management
•Responsible in initiating R & D activities and vendor developments.
•Deftly managed the Process and product validations of plant trials.
•Conducting Plant trials and evaluation
