Compliance of the requirement of insurance surveyor.
Meeting insurance companies for new schemes & offers for supporting the business.
Managing the task of processing for salaries & wages about 350 employees.
Timely disbursement of salary as per schedule.
Coordination for arranging details of wage cards and system reports of attendance from various divisions.
Ensure of salaries & wages, final settlements are processed as per the contract and company policies.
Managing the payable accounts.
Timely disbursement of statutory payments & utility bills such as social insurance of employees, insurance premiums, telephone bills, electricity bills etc.
Issuance of post dated cheque to suppliers as per the credit limit.
Bank Reconciliations.
Group Company reconciliation and clearing of pending entries.
Monthly reports on administrative costs.
Preparation of monthly profit & loss account.
GL Scrutiny and Provisioning.
Timely job closing of various shipments with accurate provisions.
Timely remittance of TDS & Service tax.

Verification of Bill of Lading.
Monitor on receivables & payable and control on post dated cheques collected and issued.
Overall control on branch cash & bank transactions.
Reconciliation of Bank Accounts.
Reconciliation of overseas accounts and follow-up for receivables.
