• Develop project specific procurement plans aligned with project schedule and budgets
• Review Drawing, specifications and MTO and identify the long lead items
• source and prequalify vendors in line with Saudi Aramco regulated vendor list (RVL)
• prepare and issue the request for quotation (RFQ) with clear technical and commercial requirement
• conduct bid clarification meeting with suppliers
• perform techno commercial evaluation in coordination with engineering teams
• Prepare TBE and CBE for award recommendation.
• Prepare, review and issue the PO in full compliance with project specifications.
• Attach the IFC, MTO, Scope matrix and approved material submittal along with PO
• Conduct weekly meeting for subcontractors for progress report and plan of remaining activities and circulate the MOM to relevant parties.
• Monitor the supplier progress and expedite the material delivery in line with project timelines.
• Ensure that RFI has been completed prior to issue the payment to supplier
• Ensure vendor Evaluation report has been prepared and submitted for vendor KPI records.

• Receiving material requisition from Engineering/Site with reference to the mechanical materials, general materials and rental and service materials for construction site.
• Issuing enquiries, coordinating with supplier to get the bids on time.
• Forwarding quotations to engineering/site for technical evaluation and follow-up with engineering/site and supplier to complete the technical evaluation.
• Sending commercial clarification to supplier and preparing commercial evaluation.
• Commercial negotiating with the supplier.
• Preparing commercial evaluation, purchase order (in SAP) and issuing it to supplier.
• Expediting Supplier for documentation and material delivery.
• Closing discrepancy, if any.
• Follow-up with vendor for the submission of invoice and follow-up with finance for payment.
• Making PO closeout and vendor evaluation.

• Developing and implementing quality standards.

• Monitoring and analyzing quality performance.
• Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
• Collaborating with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements.
