Working as a Shift Supervisor in Operation (Production) department.
Working with and giving proper operation instructions to minimum of 6 to 10 Operators (Control Room & Field) for the smooth operation of the plant
Operation of plant according to SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and carrying out maintenance jobs as per SOP for uninterrupted plant operation With Standard WPS (Work Permit System).
Monitoring and recording process variables in Log Book twice in a shift to detect abnormality or malfunctioning, if any.
Safe Startup, Shutdown, emergency and troubleshooting activities with minimum downtime in safe manner.
Generating Ideas and giving Suggestion to increase the reliability, productivity, safety of the plant.
Routine Sampling.
Safe startup, shutdown and changeover of Pumps & Compressors.
