• Preparation of electrical design, specifications, method statement, materials and cost estimate.
• Project coordination with Client Engineering Division and concerned Contractors.

• Arrangement of heavy equipment for shipments unloading & coordination with the general contractor for the specific staging area inside the project site.
• Supervision of installation works in full scope from installation of conduit, cable trays/ducts, grounding and lightning protection system, panel boards & measuring instruments/equipment, cable pulling & terminations.
• Coordination with the representatives from the main Client (DPWH), Consultant, general contractor and other trades for the smooth progress of work particularly interfacing works and phase by phase inspection of installed facilities.
• Pre-commissioning work from checking of connections of power, control and instrument cables. Insulation resistance measurement of power cables. Checking of timer/protection relay setting. Checking of motor’s rotation and calibration of measuring instruments. Function test of the control system including trouble shooting. Test and heat run of the entire Electro-Mechanical facilities.
• Conduct seminar/orientation for the operation and maintenance of the project to nominated staff by the Client.
• In-charge for the trouble shooting and repair works cause by materials and erection defects within the one year defect liability or warranty period.
• Material estimates and supervision for installation of conduits, cable trays, panel boards, transformers, grounding & lightning protection equipment.
• Supervision of cable pulling, loop checking and termination of power, control, instrumentation and communication cables.
• Material estimates and supervision of high/medium voltage termination.
• Assist in the pre-commissioning works.
