• Assist in releasing recruitment advertisement
• Compile CVs for review by department managers/functional heads within territory
• Coordinate with local recruitment agencies and other preferred recruitment channels
• Conduct prescreening of submitted CVs and shortlist candidates
• Coordinate and schedule Recruitment Interviews
• Interface with candidates for documents and visa process
• Maintain & Track the progress of the process from the date of recruitment to the date of joining
• Coordinate with line managers for interviews and collect feedback for interviewed candidates
• Type Employment Contracts & obtain candidate confirmation.
• Co-ordinate with selected candidates for collecting necessary documents viz. passport, ID card, PASI details, Medical / Finger print reports for processing VISA / registration with labor department
• Prepare necessary documents & Co-ordinate with the PRO to complete registration process
• Coordinate with Admin manager for airport pickup / accommodation arrangements wherever applicable
• Review of Expiry of Labor Cards, Visa, Passports of Staff & their families.
• Circulate / collect assessment forms for visa renewals & co-ordinate with PRO for completion and handover of renewed ID cards
• Co-ordinate with PRO for Visit visa of visitors / delegates.
• Ensure smooth joining of the prospective candidate and handover of the employee services handbook
• Ensure induction training for all newly joined staff members
• Maintain record for reimbursement of joining airfare after 6 months of service
• Assist the Senior HR Executive in key initiatives
