Nature of the Job: Manage workshop operations, Audit Repair estimate and cost Educating customers about the product
Explain to Customers whenever critical situation are present or the customer is unsatisfied with the job or product,
Responsible for the allocation of work to Ensuring the technicians are fully utilized to improve the productive hours during
operational hours, Provide technical guidance and support to the technicians, Allocate jobs according to the technical skill levels
of technicians, Ensure that the repairs are undertaken within the manufacturer agreed time limits and standard, Monitor CSI,
Manage the workshop warranty procedures and ensure manufacturer guidelines are being maintained, Preparing report for. Extended warranty Claim . Maintain accurate records for all jobs, Identify staff training needs, Provide practical assistance
on-the-job training and technical advice, Inform to the Service Advisor and Workshop Manager if it necessary on any unclear
working instructions or cost extensions on the repair. Joint road test with customers or technicians whenever it need, and
Responsible about the workshop cleanliness.

Doing all kind of automobile service jobs including
diagnosing Mechanical, Electrical AND Electronic complaints and fixing the same,
Engine Reconditioning, Accident repair, Preparing estimations and doing cost analysis, writing reports for warranty jobs, maintaining good relations with service advisers, controlling team members.
