2013 - 2014 Executive HR
• Facilitate and conduct the day one on boarding for all new joiners (regular employees, Third party guests, contract workers).
• Ensure on time processing of employee / Managers requests - (Payroll Input, Awards, Letter Requests, Employee File Management, Leave Requests and Inquiries).
• Manage employee relations activities and advise managers on employee issues
• Coordinating with the management for POB, Quarterly awards and CEO Awards.
• Assisting the employee to complete their appraisal reports.
• Support the annual compensation activities ensuring consistent and fair decisions are made in the promotion, bonus and salary increment processes
• Grievance handling, movements and transfers.
• Carrying out Exit interview with an aim to retain employee in the organization
• Completing the Exit formalities.
• Attend conference calls on the processes that are supported on the floor as and when appropriate.

2011 - 2013 Senior Associate HR
• Ensure 100% compliance - with respect to Employee P-Files and the mandatory requirements prior to on boarding of employees.
• Following up with the employees for additional required documents for verification.
• Interact and co-ordinate with support teams, Vendors, HRG's Staffing and HRIT to resolve issues & inquiries, demonstrating high level of accountability/ownership with the utmost sense of urgency.
• Auditing and then flashing the reports on the BGC tool.
• Escalate BGC issues to TL / Ops Managers, Staffing team and Delivery Head’s in the event of non-green cases.
• Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data for non-green cases.
• Use the escalation matrix to quickly and efficiently escalate issue.
• Drive BGC SLAs for the BU to ensure 100% completion and closure of non-green cases.
• Flashing reports on non-green cases and help the management with quick closure of BGC reports for critical resources.
• Auditing the reports on fortnight basis received from vendor.
