HR Policy, Procedures and Templates:
• Design and successfully implemented HR and administration policies, procedures, establish workflows/ SOPs and all relevant templates.
• Supervise administration of the Company’s policies and procedures at all locations.
• Prepared code of conduct, employee handbook and HR manual to employees as per the Company culture and various policies and procedures.
Health, Safety and Welfare for Employees- EHSMS:
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and maintain various records to ascertain compliance with outside agencies and internal audits like Zones Corp, MOL, etc.
• Handling industrial safety, preventive measure, health and social care for the employees by complying with Company’s HSE rules and policies.
• Analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law (MOL) or local governing bodies (Zones Corp), or other departments in the organization.
• Ensuring that the supervisory personnel provide ES&H leadership to their respective departments in the site.
Contractor Management:
• Selection of contractors based on Contractors technical capabilities and Companies policy and practices.
• Collect all relevant documents in line with HSE requirements and conduct induction as per joining formalities.
• Coordination for induction for all contractors


Recruitment
• Write and evaluate Job descriptions (JDs) from Director Level to technician levels; this included job analysis and job specifications.
• Candidate screening; with conducting background checks; verification of references, extensive screening; attribute assessment by utilizing various job portal for sourcing Profiles.
• Monitor the Recruitment process in the pre-screening process of skill-matching, telephonic interviews etc.
Disciplinary Actions:
• Investigate Workers Compensation incidents like Employment Accidents and Occupational Diseases, reporting and follow-up. Coordinate with HSE Department.
• Internal disciplinary committee officer for all disciplinary and grievance activities.
• Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance, on a variety of workplace issues like disciplinary procedures, working conditions, grievance resolution and employee welfare etc.
• Model Code of Conduct behaviours by working cooperatively and effectively with work colleagues.
Federal Regulations:
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and maintain various records to ascertain compliance with outside agencies and internal audits like Zones Corp, MOL, etc.
• Analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law (MOL) or local governing bodies (Zones Corp), or other departments in the organization.
Administration:
• Supporting the monthly Payroll and overtime compensation for timely and accurate payroll processing.
• Handling the employee’s welfare activities at the plant like employee’s welfare, canteen, etc.
• Maintains employee benefits programs such as health insurance, end of service gratuity, leaves, etc.
• Reviewing the daily attendance report & updating monthly reports to HR Manager for necessary actions.
• Manage all new joiners set up administratively, enroll new joiners on time attendance, place allocation, parking allocation, worker village etc.
• Ensure proper handover of company assets in case of resignation/termination.
• Monitor the time attendance system & forward daily, weekly and monthly reports to the HR Manager for necessary actions.
• Reviewing exit formalities as per compliance, both voluntary and involuntary exit
• Provide consultation for exit interviews and value the suggestions of exiting employees and identify reasons for exits so that retention strategies could be developed

Working for a Management & HR Consultancy company, mainly provides its services for Management /HR Operations/ IIP frame works (Invest in People frameworks) etc. My responsibilities in HR Consultancy projects mainly include:

HR Policies & Strategies
• Participate in the formulation of HR policies, Employee Handbook, Documentation Procedures & Templates Implementation
• Training & Support on Employment Laws, Regulations and Policy Outline procedures in support of organizational growth, abiding by the UAE labor law
• Ensure that the organization follows the policies and procedures by conducting HR Audits and Analysis of Department Efficiencies/ Deficiencies
• Consultation and Identifying Corrective Actions through Gap Analysis.
Administration
• Monitor, supervise and audit the maintenance of electronic and paper files, review written correspondence from HRD
• Review new employee On-Boarding process, from offer letter, joining formalities and induction policy and procedure.
• Audit all admin transactions, employee clearance / end of service process, internal promotions and transfers.
• Administer the probationary review periods and process
Salary and Overtime Processing:
• Provide back-up Payroll support and work with the accounting to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
• Calculate the overtime payments by cross checking with the supervisors/department managers against the employee’s claim.
Performance Appraisals and job analysis survey
• Evaluate the appraisal exercises for the confirmation of employees, as per the Job Description and standards.
• Review all the data maintained for the performance record of each employee.
• Review the annual appraisal process and identify the areas of improvement with the department heads for forecasting person wise training needs

• Confirm the vacancy; check if the job description is updated, salary scale is within our range and other criteria.

• Formulating & implementing increment, incentive based on the performance.
• Managing the appraisal process for substantiating the Performance Appraisal system linked to Reward Management.
• Introduced grading systems across the hospital.
• Training across all levels of employees for organizational benefits.
