Implementing, Initializing and managing Aloha, PAR and Micros POS system in Burger King,
Applebee’s, Caffe Vergnano1882 Restaurants
➢ Responsibilities include server and network administration, installation, configuring, remote
support and training on local and network software application like SAP B1, Micros, NCR
Aloha, Par Pixel point. Evaluating and selecting network, hardware and software, PCs, printers,
Internet Service.
➢ Maintain Go- Global Remote Access server for SAP Application access for selected users.
➢ Maintain Domain Server and handle Active Directory for managing Users
➢ Maintain Biometric Device in different Location, access level of employees, Shift schedule
handling
➢ Maintain the Backup Server (Arc Serve Backup)
➢ Installation and configuration of SonicWALL VPN Device (NSA2400/TZ 215Wireless -
N/TZ105) and Cyberoam Firewall.
➢ Maintain CCTV Access of different stores (Café Vergnano & Applebee’s).
➢ Maintain Avaya IP office & Avaya Server for entire HO IP Phones.
➢ Menu, recipe & promotion update for Burger King and Caffe Vergnano outlets.
➢ Handling IT Hardware and Networking infrastructure for upcoming new Restaurants (Burger King,
Applebee’s, Caffe Vergnano1882)
➢ Managing office 365 console
